Journal #4
Journal #4 prompted the question "What types of technology do you find yourself using most frequently in an average day?" Although this question was pertaining to meditation practices and whether or not the use of technology relates to meditation, I used this prompt to further my research and direction of paper 2.

Research Proposal
The research proposal prompted many questions and concerns to help guide me for the second paper. I found that the guidelines were so useful in preparing me for the paper, I used it for planning for the remediations in paper 3 as well. While forming the research proposal, I kept creating and writing and didn't realize until I was finished how much I had written and prepared through the research proposal.

Genre Scenarios Activity
The genre scenarios activity was the most entertaining activity we have had. I loved having to create each scenario in my head and while doing so, I was pushed to think how my tone, approach, and diction must change for my intended audience. This helped me in revising my first and second papers as well as mentally prepared me for choosing and composing the third paper. I kept this activity in mind while considering and choosing which forms I wanted to use for the genre remediations for paper three.
